Extract the socket of the cable modem, resert it , and then turn on the power again. It takes few minutes until the cable modem is available when turning off and on the power. To decide whether the cable modem is available check the light status of the cable modem.

When you replace your computer or BBrouter connected to the cable modem, please extract the power socket of the cable modem, resert it.
