*1. The speed changes depending on network congestion, as this service is a best-effort service.
*2. One dynamic global IP address will be provided for the "Premium" service. In order to connect more than one PC, a commercial broadband router or equivalent equipment is required. Please note in advance that we do not prepare, set up, and connect equipment such as routers for customers (static global IP addresses are not provided).

* To be for a discount on combined package services, the following conditions need to be satisfied: The same person must subscribe to our cable TV service and Internet service, ROSENET, and you must make payment for both services using the same method, either by debiting the same account or payment via the same credit card.
Registration fee Free
- This charge includes cable modem usage fee 630 yen/month.
- Cable modems are currently provided as rental only.
- A package discount will be applied to any Digital TV services and Cable-plus phone service.
- It might not be possible to provide the service depending on the condition of the facilities and the type of condominium.
- Wiring work is required under contract with Cable Television Tokyo, and it will be separately charged as the initial installation fee.
