What is E-Mail Block Service? How to Use the Service
What is E-Mail Block Service?

E-Mail Block Service is a service to reject automatically to receive e-mails from predefined source such as a specific e-mail address.

You can specify up to ten sources of following types.

- Refuses by E-mail address
(e.g. e-mails from a e-mail address abcde@abcde.ne.jp is rejected.)

- Refuses by Domain
(e.g. e-mails from a e-mail address *****@abcde.ne.jp is rejected.)
* is any character that can be used for e-mail addresses.

* When E-mail transfer is set up, all the E-mails are forwarded to specified destinations because forwarding is processed before rejecting E-mails.
* E-mails that meet the criteria of "E-Mail Block Service Configuration" is not reached to userse-mail box and deleted because the e-mails are rejected before reaching the e-mail box. In addition, rejected e-mails cannot be restored.
* When any E-mail is rejected by E-Mail Block Service, that will not be notified.
How to Use the Service

To begin with, please sign up for E-Mail Block Service on the "Self Page".

Select a E-mail address to use with "E-Mail Block Service", and click the "On" button at the far righ. ※This service can be used for free.

Now the sign up is completed. Continue to use the following procedure.

Setting of E-Mail Reject Service can be done on the "Self Page" as follows. On the Self Page select "Configuer "E-Mail Block Service" Rule from "Authentication of E-Mail Account" and log in with the E-mail Address Password that you use.

Input criteria and click the "Change" button to complete setting.

- When you specify e-mail addresses, check "Refuses by E-Mail Addresses" and input E-mail addresses.
- When you specify domains, check "Refuses by Domain" and input domains. (@ is not required.)
- Please be careful for these settings not to reject important E-mails.
